From maintenance to custom fabrication, D&R takes care of all of your machining needs with accuracy and timeliness.  Engineers utilize CAD CAM software and only the highest quality materials to create accurate rolls before a machine even touches the lathe. Gear Couplings | Elastomeric Couplings

D&R has partnered with System Components Inc., in providing a select range of high-quality POWERTORK® gear couplings and FLEXTORK® elastomeric couplings for non-automotive power transmission applications.

POWERTORK® Series F

POWERTORK® Series F flange type gear couplings are available in Full Flex, Flex Rigid, Rigid Rigid and other designs.  A large inventory of stock is available for sizes 1-F through 30-F accommodation bore sizes up to 46′.

POWERTORK® Series S

POWERTORK® Series S continuous sleeve type gear couplings incorporate a one-piece splined sleeve and two hubs with triple-crowned gear teeth.
These products are much smaller in diameter and lighter than flange couplings.

FLEXTORK® Series EL

FLEXTORK® Series EL are a unique answer to drivetrain misalignment, shock loads, and torsional vibration challenges.  They offer the highest torque and speed rating for their size of any coupling available.
